Aarti Industries - Insurance Manager

- To under take Insurance placements with Insurer (s) in India across all product lines.

- To liaison with internal stake holders (different departments) and ensure proper coverage of assets, liabilities, customer contracts and employees through different insurance products.

- To continuously study evolving new trends in Insurance industry and improve the insurance coverage of existing policies.

- Process optimisation for renewal and internal communication

- To ensure proper coverage of existing policies and optimise renewal process (s)

- To ensure claims are settled within defined TAT including undertaking all activities at the time of claim- starting from intimation of claim, appointment of surveyor, gathering of relevant claim documents and claim settlement.

- To increase visibility in Insurance companies of Senior Management of Aarti Industries

- To have thorough understanding of all product lines, namely Fire, Marine, Group Mediclaim, Group Personal Accident, Group Term Life, Commercial General Liability, Director & Officer's liability, Workmen Compensation, Cyber Liability, Commercial Crime, All miscellaneous products.

This includes following but not limited to same:

- Coverages

- Exclusions

- Have thorough understanding of policy wordings and relevant clauses

- Thorough understanding of claim settlement process across all product lines
