The ideal person must be an excellent storyteller, as they will be the voice of Aakash on various social media channels. You will be responsible for responding to requests from followers, engaging with influencers, and so on.   - You should have an in-depth understanding of various social media platforms and emerging trends in digital marketing, and you should be able to communicate effectively on various platforms while maintaining the integrity and voice of our brand.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities:   - Social strategy: The Social Media Manager will be responsible for creating strategic marketing and communications processes to ensure a consistent brand voice when engaging with parents and students on the various social channels and relevant online communities.   - Content creation: Responsible for the ideation and creation of long form articles such as blog posts, newsletters, featured articles and other communications materials for use on social media channels.  - Community management: Required to monitor the growth and ensure that a consistent digital presence, engagement, reach and impact through Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant online properties. This involves the checking and training of other community engagement officers.  - Measurement and Optimization: To demonstrate the value of social engagement and the ROI of all social investment. This includes the refining, adapting and curation of suitable content, competitors social strategy audit, share of voice, other engagement metrics.  - Work closely with brand design, communications, marketing, and other teams to execute coordinated strategic campaigns  - Plan social media campaigns (communications, contests etc.) in line with the strategy, companies objectives and budget allocations   Qualification:  - Strong creative writing skills with command on grammar  - Ability to strategize and execute on content plans  - Analytics and number driven with good excel skills  - Creative, pro-active, team player and ability to multitask  - Prior experience and training in online brand building would be a strong credential.   Skill Requirements:  Social Media Campaigns, Social Media Channel Management, Facebook Ads, Facebook Remarketing, Twitter Analytics, Social Listening Tools, Microsoft Excel  Salary offered: 8 - 12 LPA
