- We are looking for experienced Corporate Trainer skilled in facilitating successful soft skills training to employees of the company.

- Expert in developing content and presenting the programs in a stimulating manner using combinations of methodologies.

- Outgoing and energetic with strong communication, interpersonal skills and leadership skills.

Job Description:

Delivering Training :

- Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals

- Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results

- Evaluate training requirements for each division, consulting with department managers, HR and external resources.

- Design training programs and professional development courses to facilitate organizational goals and individual professional needs.

- To Estimate costs of training operations and subsequently managed them in accordance with the budget to ensure maximum return on investments.

- Support in designing & execution of L&D strategy, aligned to business drivers and people practices.

- Work closely with Regional Trainers, Subject Matter Expertise (SME) and Senior leadership team to identify training needs and implement the interventions

- Creating LMS platform to be used by Training Candidates for Internal Evaluation and Self Study Purpose.

- Managing MIS reports mapping Overall Training Performance.

- GAP Identification and plan corrective actions

- Creating Trainer Development Plan in line with Organizational Needs

- Training Need Identification, Content, Session Plan.

Salary offered : 8-9LPA
