This team is shaping Aakash 2.0 and spearheading its digital strategy to drive business growth. The mandate is to build a cutting edge ed-tech platform that shall be an industry first and drive Aakash Digital as a separate line of business. We are looking at a business manager who shall help scale Aakash Live, real-time tutoring platform of Aakash Digital and work on engagement, renewal & other initiatives for Aakash Live. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : - Business Analytics - data-driven insights on ARPU, renewal rates, enrollment, course mix to drive overall portfolio growth. Ensuring the right business and student metrics are measured and insights are converted to growth programs. - New Program and Offering Design - Engage with Academic Team on a regular basis for academic program designing - Growth Programs - Owning and driving execution of key initiatives for Aakash Live such as engagement, renewal - Managing pricing and support on pricing for B2B proposals - Explore & implement other formats of live tutoring with Product Team to make the program more effective in B-B scenario - Communicate with senior people in organizations to find out what they hope to achieve - Coordinate with the product, market, operational, academics, financial, and other related departments to support strategic and business goals - Analyze the existing structure of inside sales team how it uses technologies, then recommend & own the implementation of new technologies to help the business scale - Facilitate the Inside Sales team to achieve the targets by helping them in solution selling productivity improvement. - Recommend controls by identifying problems; defining procedures & process - Development of reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends within the business and competitive analysis - Lead workshops and training session, whenever required Qualification: - B.Tech/B.E.from a premier Engineering college - MBA preferable Skill Requirements: - 2-3 years of experience - ideally with a prior category management profile - Communication and interpersonal skills - Time management and organizational skills - Problem-solving skills - Analytical skills - Management skills - Commercial awareness - An interest in, and understanding of, project management techniques
