- To achieve the given target of the branch (Takes high degree of responsibility to make all potential schools as our supporting schools.)
- To ensure effective branding of the organization and events is done through various mediums as and when required after thorough negotiation with vendors.
- To make proper utilization of reports and its effective analysis for Strategic thinking and execution.
- To ensure recruitment against the vacant position, the motivation of the team, coordination between team members and it's working towards the organizational goal. Takes the ownership of the Employees' performance and retention.
- To update (Verbally and/or Written) your Reporting Manager on the routine basis for all relevant issues in marketing and HO.
- To ensure that branch is Corporate Guidelines Compliant.
- To take care of month wise fee collection. Also to monitor pending fees and ensures follows up is done for outstanding payments. Moreover to ensure that refund and left-out cases are controlled to the minimum.
- Adherence to all admin and academic compliance necessary for smooth functioning of the center. Ensuring that the branch gets a good audit rating Responsible for daily and fortnightly update
- To maximize the center's revenue collection by offering justified fee concessions and tries to minimize the running cost of the center wherever possible, without affecting the company's norms & standards. Addressing grievances of the branch related issues.
