Key Responsibility & Ownership for the position:
1. Ownership of Sales & Revenue targets for the Zone.
2. Managing & Developing team. Hiring & retention of the team (10-20 Business Development Executives)
3. Driving team as per productivity norms.
4. Participation & executing of BTL activities. Attend college level events & drive leads & sales.
5. Managing field level Operations & escalating as per matrix to HO
6. Liaising with HO marketing team & getting the required support for collaterals etc.
7. Establishing & maintaining relationships with college admin & student committee. Visit colleges & meet students. 8. Setting up training calendar for new hirings in the team. Ensure training needs are met for all employees as per the calendar.
Role Description:
1. Revenue - Deliver on sales & revenue goals. - Delivery on key metrics related to revenue goals.
2. Brand building & BTL activation - Jointly work with marketing team to ensure ground level activation.
- Visit colleges & participate in events, fest etc.
3. Team Management
- Manage team & drive each member of the team to deliver on the targets.
- Actively participate in hiring so that zonal productivity is maintained.
- Ensure each member of team follows PJP.
