Job Purpose :

- Aakash EduTech has launched the Aakash PG Plus program for medical students. The program is digital course specially curated to coach doctors pursuing MBBS and professionals who have completed MBBS and are preparing for the Medical PG entrance exam. - Aakash EduTech is looking to on-board an excellent sales leader who can head Sales for Aakash PG Plus program and build a Pan-India sales team from scratch and drive revenue for this new business division. It's an opportunity to scale new brand for one of the fastest growing EdTech company in the country while working very closely with the Aakash+Byju's Leadership team.

Key Responsibility & Ownership for the position :

- Revenue growth

- P&L and Cashflow ownership of business division

- Oversee Product pricing, branding & promotion strategy

- Build & manage Pan-India Sales Team

Role Description :

1. Business Strategy & Planning :

- Develop and execute the revenue generation strategy and achieve top line sales and gross margins.

- Define key metrics and goals of the business.

- Work with the senior leadership to identify, develop and grow new products and/or new markets to achieve business goals.

2. Build & Manage Sales Team :

- Build and nurture a highly motivated & trained sales staff.

- Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth.

- Ensure Product, Process & compliance Training for new sales team joiners.

- Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs.

- Develop & manage a portfolio of channels - both offline and online to achieve the desired sales objectives.

- Formulate sales policy (pricing, discounts & incentives, etc.).

3. Sales Execution :

- Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required.

- Oversee entire sales funnel of the business , both online & offline.

- Work closely with the marketing function to define & deliver branding and promotional activities in order to achieve sales and business objectives.

Desired Profile :

Essential Qualification :

- A Management graduate with minimum 12 years of work experience.

- Senior management experience with overall sales and marketing responsibility in an Education, Pharma, Technology and/or other similar consumer/services sector.

- Best in Class People Management and leadership skills.

- MBA from premier institute is preferred.

Preferred Skills : Candidate with sales experience in Education sector.
