Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities :

- Own the product roadmap, clearly define metrics, reaching alignment across business, product and engineering team members and stakeholders

- Own product lifecycle from conceptualization to development to execution.

- Collaborate closely with business, UX, Marketing, Engineering, Operation and Data teams to drive the product growth

- End-to-end owner of the product driving acquisition and delivering experience and business outcomes

Qualifications :

- 4+ years of relevant experience in Product Management with product based organizations

- BE/BTech/MBA/PGDBA from premium institutes

- Conceptualization of Product, Product Metrics, End to end product management.

- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and ability to evangelize the product or feature.

- Strong data analytics and ability to set up experiments and testing hypotheses.

- Ability to assess market conditions, competition, risks and factor them into product development.

- Demonstrated experience in running agile teams, create, prioritize and execute a backlog to incrementally deliver value to the customer.

- Ability to structure conversations, and drive clarity and alignment with cross functional teams
