Regional Training Manager - Aakash + Byjus
Purpose of Regional Training Manager role:
Regional Training Manager is responsible for training and enhancing the performance of both academic and non-academic teams at branches in respective region. He/She works closely with branch and regional teams to identify learning requirements, plan, execute and monitor the same.
As a Regional Training Manager, you are expected to:1. As team lead, Organize, conduct and manage classroom & online training programs in respective region.
2. Conduct TNI & TNA across all profiles & develop, implement, and monitor training plans & programs in respective region.
3. Work in close coordination with corporate training team for implementing the training interventions in respective regions.
4. Manage the team of regional trainers to execute the regional training requirements.
5. Publish daily/weekly/fortnightly training reports.
6. Execute day-to-day training coordination
To be successful in the Training Manager role you are required to have:1. Excellent Verbal & Written communication in both Hindi & English
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and writing emails, & comfortable while working on software related to sales & services.
3. Proactive & multitasker, who can manage tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast paced, changing work environment
