Conduct Team Building workshops with all staff members.  2. Train Cashiers, Accountant & Counselors on in house data management system (LMS/FMS/ERP)  3. Train Counselors & Marketing staff on Career Counseling, Sales Cycle, and Customer Engagement techniques.  4. From time to time conduct Training Need Analysis or as required.  5. Analyze, Design, Develop & Deliver training programs on variety of soft skill courses.  6. Conduct employee induction program as and when required.  Desired Experience  Minimum training delivery work experience of 3-4 years.   Desired Skill Set:  1. Proficient with Adult Learning Principles & ADDIE model.  2. Dynamic professional with excellent interpersonal skills, self-starter & has enterprising work style.  3. Excellent oral & written communication skills.  4.
