Job Description:

- The Strategy team is responsible for strategy development and planning, enterprise-wide strategic projects and strategic intelligence. You will advise the senior leadership team on strategic matters and lead special projects.

- Business planning - Track AOP goals and outcomes

- Deliver special projects- from scoping to successful implementation

- Work closely with functional and management teams on strategic projects, bringing timely and useful insight and analytical support

- Structure and solve business problems, collaborating and coordinating with a range of internal stakeholders to make recommendations on a wide range of business issues

- Develop rigorous, fact based, quantitative analysis to support recommendations. Ensure strategic and financial soundness and alignment for recommendations

- Monitor the evolution of the ed-tech industry, competitive landscape, lines of businesses, etc

Who are we looking for?

- Tier 1 graduate school- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics or Finance

- Professional experience in a Strategy role - Consulting, Corporate Strategy

- Ability to deliver complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor, attention to detail and ability to carry out sophisticated financial modeling

- Demonstrates versatility to complete ad hoc requests and projects under tight time constraints and deadlines

- Ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior management.

- Self-starter, results-focused, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible

- Advanced analytical skills and the ability to propose strategic improvement.
