Job Role:
We are looking for a dynamic training professional, who has expertise in facilitating assessment centers, handing OD interventions, capability building, leading coaching projects and designing & delivering high-impact training programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop questionnaires, run assessment center, study data around training need identification & understand individual & group development needs.
2. Develop & deliver training workshops (online & classroom) for individual & groups.
3. Discover learning needs by conducting one-on-one coaching sessions.
4. Develop & deliver leadership & capability development programs.
5. Measure effectiveness of the programs.
Desired Skill Requirements:
1. 5 to 7 years of experience in OD interventions
2. Extensive knowledge on designing & developing training programs around leadership & capability.
3. Dynamic professional with excellent interpersonal skills and an enterprising style of work.
4. Desired Traits: Self-starter, proactive, quick & adaptive, high on Interpersonal & Communication Skills.
5. Training/ L & D certification and Exposure on Learning Management System would be an added advantage.
