- Develop and implement marketing communication strategy for the Aakash BYJU'S classroom business

- Work closely with stakeholders ; business, academic, product, tech, regional, branches teams to further our brand building, leads acquisition and customer engagement activities for the business

- Utilize data to measure success and effectiveness of campaigns

- Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and customer trends to ensure effectiveness of branding and product marketing strategy

- Execute for digital marketing communication for Aakash BYJU'S classroom

- Handle website communication, landing pages, emails, newsletters, SMS, CRM marketing

- Manage marketing automation and communication journeys using CRM tools

- Responsible for content tonality and adherence to brand guidelines

- Measure campaign effectiveness via Google Analytics, LMS (Salesforce), WebEngage

- Deliver creative service as requested by all stakeholders and departments, including academics business, regional teams and branches

- Plan and execute web and online collateral and marketing strategies
