Roles and Responsibilities :
- Be a part of our Organic growth team to spearhead on-page and off-page SEO optimization best practices to attain high organic rankings, traffic and leads.
- Conduct research and analyses using multiple tools, including SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console, Similarweb Moz, ahrefs, etc, to draw insights and develop new strategies for improving rankings and conversions
- Research and analyze competitor's on-site and off-site SEO strategies for better insights to determine the right keywords that drive targeted organic traffic
- Work closely with the content writers to drive SEO in new content creation and SEO focused landing pages
- Build new content pages and optimise all the on-page elements including SEO tags & Internal linking
- Collect and analyze data, run experiments, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum impact organically
- Auditing and analyze, identify issues, find the root cause, and experiment with solutions at scale to improve SEO performance
- Manage local SEO and mobile SEO, promote and rank business listings in GMB and increase visibility in local SEO
- Collect weekly & monthly data and reports on traffic, rankings, and other SEO aspects
Required Candidate profile :
- 5 to 7 years of experience in SEO (ON-Page & Off-Page)
- Experience with web content management platforms such as Drupal & WordPress is a plus
- Understanding of web site development techniques, responses, consumer journey and conversion optimisation is preferred
- Knowledge of HTML & CSS
- Experience in building high quality backlink
