Key Responsibilities
- Analyzing and presenting data and reports to the appropriate area of expertise, identifying errors and advising on solutions
- Using statistical techniques in measuring HR outcomes like attrition, recruitment conversions, and compensation.
- Maintaining & Publishing the Deck & Reports of attrition across all designations.
- Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Basic data exploration and understanding of the data; visualization- graphs and charts.
- Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.
- Measuring numbers, efficiency, effectiveness, and impact to assess any HR activity done
- Analyzing the manpower requirement of stores across India.
- Coordination with Consultants for Manpower recruitment, giving them Job Description for new recruitment and to ensure from them to fulfill the requirement in particular time period.
- Maintaining employee record on HRMS & on excel.
- Responsible for researching and sourcing vendor, obtaining quotes with pricing, turnaround time and quality of work, negotiating contract, assigning jobs & ensuring payments are made.
- Simple data manipulation and data Visualization with Excel Functions
- Coordination between different departments for smooth functioning.
Qualification, Experience & Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree along with an MBA in HR with experience of 3-6 Years.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hard core analysis of HR data, metrics, and statistics, and apply the data to make recommendations related to recruitment and retention.
- Innovative thinker, Self-motivator & Drive to work. Proficiency in HR ERP Tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi task, Business Acumen / ability to understand Business.
- Excellent time and work pressure management skill, ability to prioritize, ability to work independently, high attention to detail and ability to meeting established deadlines.
- Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills. Proven ability in stakeholder management. Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Interpersonal skills to communicate with various types of client groups and leaders.
