Purpose of HR Lead-Training Center role:
As a HR Lead-Training Center, you are responsible for complete onboarding of employees. He/She works closely with employees during onboarding to clarify the doubts, set expectations, introduce the culture and make them job ready.
As a HR Lead-Training Center, you are expected to:
1. Organize & manage classroom & online training programs.
2. Conduct Soft Skills sessions & induction program
3. Drive performance management during training programs.
4. Handle teething issues, grievances, counselling, appointment letter & other HR related issues.
5. Plan and conduct pre & post training engagement through technology & zoom sessions
6. Publish daily/weekly/fortnightly training reports.
7. Execute day-to-day training coordination
To be successful in the HR Lead-Training Center role you are required to have:
1. Excellent Verbal & Written communication in both Hindi & English
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and writing emails, & comfortable while working on software related to sales & services.
3. Proactive & multitasker, who can manage tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast paced, changing work environment
Qualification:
1. Full Time MBA
