Job Purpose:
This person will play a key role in developing innovative, data-driven, multi-dimensional strategies and tactics to improve customer and business outcomes for CRM engagements, and an implementation lead role in helping bring those strategies to life. From an execution perspective, you will need to play a proactive role in identifying tasks and work plans including:
- Conceptualise, plan and execute CRM campaigns to generate leads & opportunities
- Nurture & Engage with the existing customers, segment the user base to deliver personalized, relevant communication and offers
- Own and execute these campaigns using direct customer channels such as Email, SMS, WhatsApp
- Work closely with Copy & Creative teams to develop generate new concepts and communication for their respective campaigns
- Conduct experiments & A/B test new concepts/communication to generate learnings that can be scaled for upcoming campaigns to meet business objectives
- Analyse data and identify actionable insights to increase repeat business for online channels
- Collaborate with Call-centre, Product etc. to identify opportunities across touchpoints and markets
- Maintain and publish performance dashboards - campaign level, cohort level, channel level
- Good hands-on experience of using WebEngage/Clevertap/MoEngage and other SMS/email tools/providers
Basic Qualifications:
- 5 to 7 years of work experience in digital marketing
- Strong experience in engagement and retention marketing throughout different portions of the lifecycle
- Proven ability in synthesizing and interpreting data and customer insights into successful marketing strategies
- Strong strategy and analytics skills, with an advanced understanding of success metrics
- Strong creative sensibilities and an aptitude to always look at marcomm through the eyes of the customer
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Enthusiastic, passionate, and creative; thrives on thinking outside of the box to create new best-in-class member experiences
