Purpose of the Campus Recruitment Manager:

As a Leader of the team, Job opportunity involves candidate to design, develop and implement structured Campus Recruiting Strategy to attract and hire the best talent from Colleges/ Universities Pan India.

As a Campus Recruitment Manager, you are expected to:

1. The role encompasses leading a team of Campus Recruiters and showcase your passion of campus talent acquisition by ensuring a smooth candidate hiring and onboarding experience.

2. Publish recruiting metrics for campus recruitment drives, including number of candidates interviewed, hired overall Target v/s Achievement.

3. Implement large scale plans to achieve desired hiring numbers and branding objectives.

4. Build relationships with campus placement teams and faculty representatives to facilitate the campus -program across a variety of campuses.

5. Be responsible for collecting competitive intelligence from campuses through primary and secondary sources on recruitment, compensation, campus rankings, etc.

6. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to refine and implement a robust campus hiring governance program.

7. Identify opportunities for new campus initiatives in order to strengthen the brand.

8. Work with vendors to coordinate merchandize, collaterals, and social media content for
campus initiatives.

9. Coordinate on-boarding activities of selected candidates (joining formalities, induction etc) and ensure maximum turnout.

10. Effective communication on hiring status and timely responsiveness to queries from Institutes.

11. Ensure program level operational KPIs agreed with stakeholders are met.

To be successful in the Campus Recruitment Manager role you are required to have:

1. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.

2. Excellent time and work management skills, ability to prioritize, attention to detail and ability to meet established deadlines.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication & strong interpersonal skills.

4. Ability of stakeholder management.

5. Proficiency in MS office, power point and data management.

1. Must have an MBA/PGDM.

2. Preference will be given to candidates with Science background.


1. 8-10 Years of experience in Campus Recruitment for Technical/Non-Technical profiles.
