- Support in developing the Annual Marketing Plan and Marketing Strategy with the leadership team
- Co-creating media and advertising strategy - ATL, BTL, SM, Digital, CRM and PR
- Planning, tracking and optimizing budget vs. spend across all offline marketing activities.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Finance, SCM, IT, Legal, Operations and Training to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
- Plan, schedule and execute marketing activities to support the successful operation of events. This includes pre-event marketing and all activities relating to the event itself
- Coordination with regional/HO stakeholder
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
- Responsible for identifying and closing strategic local partnership opportunities.
- Drive offline campaigns from scratch i.e. hiring, training, budgeting, alliances, planning and final implementation/execution while ensuring that desired KPIs are met.
- Plan & Implementing innovative solutions analyzing the competition - Strategic planning and implementation around important occasions and special projects.
