Summary : - The YouTube Growth Manager will be responsible for creating and driving a content plan on YouTube, and driving subscriptions and views for the YouTube channels of Aakash Digital and Meritnation.&nbsp; - She/he will have the complete ownership of the YouTube channels and will have to engage with multiple stakeholders in the system such as faculty, parents, students, to create engaging and publish content and also promote content. The role involves building the YouTube channels to generate higher awareness of the brand among students and parents on YouTube. Responsibilities : - Plan and implement video content calendar for all brands - Create concepts for engaging webinars with faculty, parents, and students - Create concepts, calendar, engage with faculty to drive YouTube content - Create and drive marketing plan for promoting content on YouTube &amp; other channels - Drive organic views on relevant content for the brand on YouTube - Engage with the active community on YouTube - Create funnel and map user journey to drive conversions from YouTube - Drive organic subscribers for YouTube channels - Report key metrics for YouTube channels Skill Requirements : - A relevant previous experience in managing and driving YouTube channels is a plus - An understanding of building and managing communities on YouTube - Good written, oral communication skills and presentation skills - Should be comfortable in hosting and managing webinars on YouTube - An experience in the education sector is a plus
