Role:

The role of the Sales Operations Leader is crucial in assisting sales leadership to drive operational excellence. Also, ensure adherence and compliance with sales and commercial processes. The Individual will closely work with cross-functional leadership teams (i.e. across sales, product, finance and marketing, other business units) to drive alignment and execution of business goals within the AOP.

An ideal candidate should possess sound analytical abilities, strong cross-functional collaboration and business acumen.

- Ownership of management dashboards.

- Ownership of SOPs creation, updation & regular training of stakeholders.

- Create Region-wise quarterly P&L in co-ordination with finance team.

- Manage School agreements sign off prior to business kick-off.

- Coordinate with the marketing team on-field team requirement, validation of marketing proposals from field team and facilitate approval.

- Driving desired lead/revenue throughout from FST Support tele-callers.

- Driving HO/Regional tele-caller lead redressal from the sales team.

- Home Demo/Tele-calling script creation/updation & auditing of the sales team.

- Conducting refresher test & certification of sales team members

- Driving adoption of sales teams mobile app.

- Creating and maintaining Sales Department policies, procedures, training manuals, and sales-related resource material.

- Assisting with the training process of new Sales Representatives.

- Take ownership to drive automation and proactive alerts/mechanism within respective functions.

Skills Set and Qualifications:

Minimum:

- 8-10 years of experience in sales operations with proficiency in Optimizing processes and managing dashboards.

- Minimum qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate

- Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact.

- Ability to understand the strategic direction and goals of the sales department and support with appropriate processes to facilitate achievement.

- Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.

- Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
