Please visit digital.aakash.ac.in for more info Role: The candidate will be responsible for owning lead generation mechanism from offline marketing activities, primarily on field BTL Activations while managing the team PAN India. This role will primarily focus on strategizing, planning and executing BTL Activations and strategic alliances in the field while ensuring that desired KPIs are achieved. Responsibilities: - Conceptualize, ideate, develop and execute the BTL marketing strategy of the brand to achieve defined business objectives (KPIs) PAN India. - Work closely with the sales team to ensure that the BTL strategies are aligned with objectives and sales revenue targets. - Manage the field BTL activation team PAN India and ensure lead generation targets are met while keeping an eye on Cost per acquisition and conversion rates. - Manage brand communication for BTL activations w.r.t organization's core services aligned with corporate brand strategy. - Design & implement BTL marketing plans for augmenting the business volume by enhancing brand visibility, top of mind awareness & recall. - Create and maintain the marketing calendar of activities and special promotions in coordination with both the sales & marketing team. - Identify and develop necessary Point of Sales tools to increase brand presence, market share and improve trade and customer satisfaction. - Monitor and evaluate field marketing programs and BTL campaigns and activities to measure effectiveness and recommendation of improvements as needed. - Interact with internal & external stakeholders to ensure execution as per the defined guidelines. - Coordinate with the digital marketing team to ensure trade marketing and BTL Point of Sale promotion activity and display promoted online on social media. - Manage a team of 4-6 regional activation managers, PAN India. Skills Set and Qualifications: - Education: Min. Graduate. - Min. total experience required is 7-10 years however relevant experience in Field BTL activations should be minimum 5-7 years. - Team management experience in different locations, is a must. - Experience in Education Industry is preferred though not mandatory
