Role Summary : We are looking for a strong Associate Program Manager/Program Manager (with an fair amount of understanding of HR Domain). In this role you will lead some of the new key strategic projects that are to change the way we operate our business over the next few years, with high visibility to the business & Data Insights from an HR Stand-point What We Are Looking At : - Coordinate and execute projects across the COE's including tracking and reporting on status, risks, issues and dependencies - Data Analysis and Reporting - where applicable, provide data analysis and reporting, working Closely with the Head of HR and other Functional Heads of HR (Ops, Business Partnering & Talent Acquisition) - Build dashboards wherever required to keep track of progress on inter-dependencies - Working on certain Market Intelligence and Benchmarking projects as & when required - Continually challenge the status quo and persistently dig for improvement opportunities - Work closely on Employer Branding through social media channels (LinkedIn, Glassdoor) Career website and other handles. - Hands On experience in Organisation Psychology & Organization Behaviour - Report on project progress and status What Makes You Eligible : - MBA from tier 1/tier 2 institutes with minimum 3 years- experience in consulting (preferred), process changes and implementation - Experience of planning and executing projects of varying size and complexity across HR Domain - Excellent business acumen and the ability to think and act strategically - Should have strong analytics, presentation and interpersonal skills, negotiation & Conflict resolution skills
