Job Description : This job requires collaboration with the senior leaders for devising strategy and managing the multi location operations to derive results, challenge and improvise the quality of operations.

Duties & Responsibilities :

- Implement efficient processes and standards. Responsible for the KPIs of the entire operations team across the various warehouses of the company.

- Mentor and motivate team to achieve productivity, align them with the company values and goals.

- Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual KRA discussions with the operations managers and submit reports, provide feedback and drive improvements.

- Coordinate with customer service operations. Responsible to ensure customer retention and delight.

- Coordinate with the various functions within the organization to manage internal and external deliverables.

- Manage contracts and relations with various stakeholders vendors, customers, partners etc

- Oversee the implementation of technology solutions in operations

- Ensure compliance with law, evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts

- Be at the forefront of the business development fronts and work with the senior leaders in nurturing deals.

Basic Qualification : A postgraduate/MBA. Qualified leader with proven experience in outsourced operations management in senior positions.

Required Skills :

- Excellent communication and leadership quality

- Familiarity with all business functions including HR, IT, finance along with operations

- Experience with implementing IT solutions .

- Knowledge of data analytics, good with numbers and reporting .

- Analytical mind

Location : Have to work out of various locations in Delhi/NCR wherever company has warehouses. Can work from home when not required at the warehouses
