Job Description : Executive Assistant to Chairman - To develop and responsible for Strategy, Brand, Communication, Investor Relations, Board Processes, Secretarial Functions and PMS for the Chairman office. - Proactively overseeing the Chairman's workload and completing tasks as directed. - An ideal candidate for this role would be an MBA, from reputed premier institutes with 4+ years of experience in Planning or Strategy or Programme management or Secretarial in a mid-size organisation or a consultant. - Very good in communication - written &amp; oral, well organised, effective in review &amp; monitoring, adept and skilled in preparing status reports and most importantly pleasing in interpersonal relations. - Individuals craving for accelerated learning and searching for a career elevator role. Responsibilities -&nbsp; - Prepare business and investor presentations. - Coordinates calendar, travel, meeting, and schedule arrangements for the Chairman with the staff, business partners, and customers. Includes initiating contact and securing appointments, equipment, and facilities as appropriate. - Analyse the business progress and proactively provide data required for taking strategic decisions. - Liaison between Cross Functional teams to ensure project deliverables Skills - Proficient in MS Office (ESP Powerpoint and Excel). - Motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills. - Excellent Written, Oral Communication Skills and Analytical skills. - Should have good sense of time management, planning &amp; organizing, judgement and analysis. - Understanding of SAAS and Software development will be a plus. - Internship completion in a SAAS company will be a big plus.
