GM ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Related to Office

A. Recruitment Drive :

- Conducting Recruitment drives(new channel partners )

- Coordinating with Facilities team for logistics

- Drive should be conducted twice in a month

- Sending communication to Leaders

- Budgeting for drive

B. Related to Sales

- Closing Sales

- Handling Cancellations

- Monitoring Refunds and coordinating

- Maintaining Vacant List

- Allotment of flats

- Monitoring collection as per the schedule

C. Meetings

- POAP Meetings Every Friday

- Technical Torch Meetings Every Tuesday

- Retaining Meetings

- Team Building Meetings

- Mass Meetings/ Felicitation Meetings

- Individual / Team Meetings

- Business Development / Weekly Review Meetings Every Monday

- Employees Meetings once in month regarding coordination

D. Monitoring Attendance/Daily Visitors, coordinating with facilities team regarding food

E. Handling New and Existing Customer Queries

F. Handling Commission and other Associate related Queries

G. Monitoring Tele caller Activity

Site Related Activities

Customer Melas Report related to :

- No of Site visits

- Customer Attendance

- Associate Attendance

- Vehicle Requisition Request

- Related to Marketing Material

- Procurement of Material and maintaining Inventory

- Procurement of Material and maintaining Inventory

- Maintaining Data for Material distribution

Qualification : MBA-Sales and Marketing

Years of Experience : 5 years

CTC : 9 LAKHS MAX
