A World Alike - Co-Founder - Chief Revenue Officer

A World Alike is seeking a Co-Founder to join the team in a Chief Revenue Officer Role:

Building India's largest singles platform;

Build the offline events/community building;

LEAD the offline personalized matchmaking business, and hire/groom a team of matchmakers across Delhi, Mumbai & Bangalore;

Validate the business plan, and help in fund-raising.

Founded in 2014, A World Alike (www.aworldalike.com) has been featured as the - coolest- invitation-only club by Vogue, Economic Times, BBC and dozens of media houses in India and Overseas. We've designed a slick tech platform (introduced April 2017), and have hosted 200+ concept events, connected 10,000+ members, and are present across 15 cities in India and abroad.

Please note:

We're looking for female candidates who come from a startup background (as founders or business heads of startups - where you have ideated and executed on big vision projects)

For candidates based in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR only

There is no compensation - only equity. But since we are a revenue generating startup, your risk is quite minimal.

A strong mix of soft skills and hard experience are required:

- Excellent communication and problem solving skills

- Experience in working with clients

- Must have a passion for matchmaking, and connecting people

- From very good schools!

- Must be super-ambitious and hungry for success.

- Very well connected socially.

- Compensation

- Co-Founder level equity (not just a small part of the ESOP)

- Must be able to buy-in into the company by putting up nominal risk capital.
