Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Ownership of the complete sales & marketing KPIs including lead generation, opportunity creation, negotiation, closure & payment collections
2. Own responsibility for direct sales as a KPI
3. Lead & work alongside nationwide sales team members to achieve sales quotas (Current 3 team members). Mentor, hire & replace members as required.
4. Develop in-house team or outsource marketing activities for lead generation & branding
5. Develop and implement effective sales strategies for :
a. New customer and market opportunities
b. Increased business from existing customers
6. Establish productive and professional relationships with decision makers in key accounts
7. Establish productive and professional relationships with key OEMs of solution components
8. Regular monitoring of KPIs and updates to Director
Mandatory :
1. Candidate must have experience in IT Services industry selling large value deals ($100K to $5M per deal) to Enterprise & Government clients
2. Candidate will be preferred from CAD/PLM Industry
3. Should be self-motivated and self-driven approach attitude
4. Should have entrepreneurial ambitions and be willing to work like a company partner, i.e. low base salary with high variable & significant equity in the company
