Roles & Responsibilities : - Establishing end-to-end lineage and eliminating the intermediary manual processes - Mapping requirements by soliciting & analyzing client's needs and preparing requirements specification documents as Business Analyst for offshore & client locations - Spearheading variety of tasks such as redefining of project business requirements & goals, analyzing financial data risk models for banks, maintaining financial ratios, extracting data for banking clients - Managing customization of banners on the basis of customer transactions for increasing the cross-sell for value-added services - Conducting gap analysis for identifying gaps in the process and suggesting source system enhancements for eliminating the manual interventions - Integrating different service providers for GST payments and GST invoice generation
