About the Role :   We- re looking for an entrepreneurial candidate with extremely strong execution skills to join our team. A Project Coordinator/ Project Management Associate is responsible to oversee the coordination of multiple projects in different cities at same time. [S]he is expected to define processes, monitor and troubleshoot wherever needed.  - This is a high-engagement role and thus requires a candidate to be deeply involved in the projects from the beginning with effective leadership skills. We- re committed to empower each of our member in the hub, are you ready to help us achieve that-   Responsibilities :  - Collaborate with Project Leads to plan and execute  - Coordinate and assist team with right support functions and requirements  - Plan project timelines, schedule and budgets during planning phase with team  - Coordinate internally with stakeholders of project for design coordination and implementation  - Generate purchase orders and pays for the vendors on regular basis  - Oversee finances for project in detail and coordinate with accounts team  - Provide quality control guidelines to the team on site  - Help develop and provide consistent methods/processes for cost estimation and reporting  - Ensure high quality product delivery  - Ensure smooth project snags and closures  91springboard has its internal design team, product improvement and procurement team, and project management team. Collaboration with all these stakeholders is highly important for any project coordinator to be successful.  Skills Required :  - Construction/Interior fit out experience with real estate or hospitality firm is a must  - Technical know-how of construction knowledge viz. electrical, HVAC, manufacturing, flooring, civil etc.  - Ability to understand architectural drawings  - Project management experience in a high paced environment  - Attention to detail  - Highly organized nature with proactive communication skills  - Ability to take quick decisions and risk assessment  - Must be able to speak English and be tech-savvy  Experience :   Bachelor's degree in engineering with 3-5 years of experience Or masters (Operations/construction management) from Business School with 2-3 yrs experience.  Location : Delhi  What's in for you :   91springboard simple philosophy: "Work Hard & Play Harder".
