Key Purpose of the Job:

Looking for a Marketing head who will lead all our marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects. Senior Marketing Manager responsibilities include developing plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short term and long-term department goals. If you're a skilled Marketing strategist, able to inspire your team members, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you will run our Marketing department in ways that promote higher profitability and competitiveness.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Develop strategies and oversee the implementation of growth marketing campaigns, including focus content marketing, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and paid advertising.

- Understand user journey from first interaction to final conversion and create campaign targeting groups and strategies based on that.

- Conduct secondary research on latest and emerging trends and use cases.

- Create, track and optimize campaigns across various digital marketing platforms.

- Create Hypothesis and rapidly experiment against that hypothesis to consolidate the learnings and apply back to campaigns.

- Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies.

- Drive performance across the User Acquisition funnel by optimizing for metrics such as ROAS, CAC

- Conduct periodic cohort analysis to measure user's acquisitions and retention.

- Report on campaign performance and improvements.

Technical skills are also important to consider for marketing manager are:

- Marketing Automation: Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua etc can be valuable, as they can help streamline and scale marketing efforts.

- Digital Marketing: A strong understanding of digital marketing, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, and social media, is essential.

- Analytics: Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, as well as an understanding of how to measure the success of marketing campaigns, is important.

- Content Creation: The ability to create and manage compelling content, including blog posts, eBooks, webinars, and other types of thought leadership, is crucial.

- Graphic Design: Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva can be valuable, as a Head of Marketing will often need to create visual content to support their campaigns.

- Sales Enablement: Knowledge of sales enablement tools, such as Outreach or SalesLoft, can be useful, as they can help streamline the handoff of leads from marketing to sales.

- CRM: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot can be valuable, as they can help centralize customer data and improve the customer experience.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

- Work experience of minimum 5 years in Marketing.

- Experience running successful B2B Branding & Performance marketing campaigns across digital channels Search, Social and Programmatic

- Coordinate with extended teams for Content creation, SEO & SEM and Website performance.

- Has had some exposure to Email, WhatsApp, Content Marketing

- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.

- Solid knowledge of web analytics, Google AdWords & Social Media Marketing

- Experience with B2B Marketing & CRM software.

- Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals.
