Key Purpose of the Job:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence within the AdTech industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and a passion for driving innovation.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to help them exceed targets and deliver exceptional results.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to drive alignment and ensure seamless execution of client initiatives.

- Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to optimize sales processes, forecast performance, and identify areas for improvement.

- Represent the company and client meetings to showcase our capabilities and foster new business opportunities.

- Drive continuous innovation and evolution of our product offerings to meet the evolving needs of our clients and stay ahead of market trends.

Person Profile:

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the AdTech industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.

- Deep understanding of digital advertising technologies, programmatic buying, ad exchanges, and data management platforms.

- Strong network of relationships with key clients, agencies, and industry partners.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate value propositions and influence decision-makers.

- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving innovation and growth.

- Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
