Position : - We're on the lookout for a motivated and self-driven individual to join our Strategy Team who is comfortable working in cross-functional teams - This is a high visibility role where you would drive the company's growth strategy while working closely with the founders - You are expected to build and lead a team that would identify, design and implement necessary growth initiatives, process improvements in the existing system - The position is based out of Bangalore. Does not involve travel. Key Responsibilities : - You would need to build a deep and comprehensive understanding of the business, growth levers and identify key solutions that would impact business growth - You would break the solution into multiple projects and prioritise them on the basis of impact and effort required - Your responsibilities in each project will include Design, Execution, Training, Performance Tracking, Making Improvements among other things - Handle end to end implementation of these projects across departments and monitor KPIs to identify any major changes to be made for better outcomes - Build a culture to seek continuous feedback from peers and managers at all stages of the project to help build a co-learning ecosystem Requirements : - Top-notch academics from a Tier 1 college (IIT / IIM / ISB / NIT) - 3-7 years of work experience in solving complex business problems - Ability to deliver independently and also mentor team members when required - Good problem-solving skills.
