Experience :
- Proven experience as a Financial Manager with 10 - 12 years of relevant experience
- Should have excellent working knowledge of Accounting, Reconciliation & statutory reporting
- Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
- Proven strategic planning experience at the management level
- Experience in compliance and filings under various direct and indirect tax laws relevant to IT/Service industry.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for designing & implementation of the complete accounting process
- Responsible for Accounts Audit - both internal and statutory
- Responsible for reviewing, monitoring and managing company's budgets, income and cash flow
- Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met
- Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances
- Responsible for maintaining the overall financial health of the organization
- Responsible for all regulatory compliances including Payroll, EPF, TDS, F&F, ESI etc.
- Responsible for monitoring & making available accounts receivables reports & liaising with relevant departments to minimize accounts receivables.
- Responsible for maintaining India & US reporting on monthly/quarterly basis
- Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
- Seek out methods for minimising financial risk to the company
- Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans
- Examine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principles
