Salary Offered : 8-12 LPA Duties &amp; Responsibilities : - Responsible for designing &amp; implementation of the complete accounting process - Handling end to end accounts - Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, Accounting Payment and Receipt entries - Calculate monthly statutory liabilities and initiate online remittance in compliance with statutory deadlines - Responsible for Accounts Audit - both internal and statutory - Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets - Developing strategies that work to minimise financial risk - Analysing market trends and competitors - Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes - Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company - Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation. Qualifications: - Finance/Accountancy Graduate with MBA or equivalent degree in Finance will be preferred - Working knowledge of Tally or similar ERP is a must - Excellent knowledge of MS Excel - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Good Team player and excellent collaboration skills Work Experience: - Should have 4-6 years of relevant experience - Should have excellent working knowledge of Accounting, Reconciliation, Service tax &amp; TDS - Experience in managing day to day expense vouchers and expense reports - Experience in accounting and statutory reporting. - Exposure to various statutory and departmental audits. - Experience in compliance and filings under various direct and indirect tax laws relevant to IT/Service industry.
