Salary Offered : 10-12 LPA Roles &amp; Responsibilities : - Responsible for managing full lifecycle of recruitment, from identifying potential hires to evaluating candidates, offer negotiation and Onboarding. - Play an important part in building a strong employer brand for the company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees. - Overseeing payroll and performance evaluation systems - Review and update employment contracts and agreements - Manage internal communication projects (like job satisfaction surveys) - Measure the effectiveness of our benefits programs and recommend improvements - Coordinate employee training and development initiatives - Find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention - Ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements pertinent to the day-to-day management of employees; collaborate with the legal and finance department when necessary - Understand and adhere to company and labour regulations and legislation. Qualifications : - Full time MBA in Human Resources is a must with good academic background - Excellent knowledge of MS Excel - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Good Team player and excellent collaboration skills - Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities Work Experience : - Should have 4-6 years of relevant experience in small to medium sized IT companies - Experience in working with Human Resources Information/Management Systems including payroll tools will be a plus - Experience in designing compensation and benefits program will be an added benefit - Previous experience in payroll management or employee relations will be a huge plus - Current, in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to human resources and employee management, including workers- compensation, union relations, and federal and state employment laws
