Job purpose & responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales of 75F solution and services.
- Consult customers and shape opportunities to optimize the value we offer.
- Manages sales reports, reporting process, sales planning process.
- Partners with senior management to determine gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results
- Build and Expand customer accounts and elevate 75F to a more strategic position within most accounts
- Match the 75F solution to the customer's business needs, challenges, and technical requirements
- Work closely with channel partners to qualify, support and close the business
- Create infrastructure for providing pre-sales support for site surveys, audits & assist in project proposals.
- Build service sales team for selling value-added services to existing client base.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech from a reputed university
- MBA from a reputed university
Work Experience
- Should have 3 - 6 years relevant work experience.
- Should have worked with the HVAC for majority of his/her career.
- Proven track record of success selling in a highly competitive environment
- Sales experience selling in both channel as well as enterprise driven model.
- Should have worked with large Indian or multinational organizations.
- Should have a proven track record of delivering targets consistently.
- Should be familiar with industry-standard CRM/equivalent
