6d Technologies - Solutions Consultant - Presales - Digital Financial Services

Brief :

We're looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant who is driven by challenges and feels energized to roll up sleeves and help realize 6D's enormous potential in Digital Financial Services/Fintech domain. You will be responsible for creating winning proposals to various Fintech RFPs 6D is approached for (Digital Wallets, Merchant Payments, EVD, Etop-Up, Digital Banking and more).

You will need to collaborate optimally with cross-function teams to create Statement of Compliance, BOQ/BOM, Solution Document, Project Plans, estimate customization and implementation efforts. You will lead the preparation of defense presentations to customers (including product demonstrations) and present to customers placed across the globe.

We expect you to be tech-savvy and curious about new technologies (fintech and others) and possess a good understanding of typical functional and non-functional requirements that prospective customers will have from fintech platforms. You should be able to communicate effectively both internally and with customers/partners and should be fluent in English.

Your Responsibilities :

- Complete Responsibility & Accountability of RFP/RFx Analysis and Response preparation for DFS/Fintech opportunities

- Supporting Sales Organization to nurture the business opportunities through proactive product pitches, demos and proposals

- Technical Solution Proposal writing and various artefacts preparation in co-ordination with Product Engineering & Implementation teams

- Cross functional team co-ordination for bid response

- Product and Solution Presentations to Internal stakeholders and Customers

- Understand and articulate Product requirements

- Product Demonstrations to Customers

- Create and maintain product documentation as per updates

- Be the customer advocate at every step of the way, help the entire product team to see what makes the difference between just another feature and a customer delight

What you need to Succeed?

- BE in Telecom/Computer Science/Information Technology, preferably with an MBA

- 2+ years of prior experience in Presales with 5+ years of total experience

- Very good understanding of bid management/RFX responses processes

- Ability and acumen to do primary & secondary market research and present the detailed analysis to a wide audience

- Should have a good understanding of Digital Financial Services (DFS) components and practice : Digital Wallet, Digital Banking, Merchants Management, Agency Banking, Savings & Lending

- Should have fair understanding of various standardized approaches for processing payments (ISO 8583, ISO 20022, Remittances)

- Should have a fair understanding of Telecom Recharge Business and technical processes associated

- Should have a very good understanding of security requirements within Digital Financial services products

- Should have good understanding of Cloud and Cloud Native Technologies

- Should be willing to travel in India and outside India on short notice

- Must have excellent spoken and written English communication skills

- Should have a fair understanding of Product Design, Development & Marketing process

- Good working knowledge on MS Word, MS Powerpoint, Google Slides, Google Docs, MS Project, MS Visio and MS Excel

- Demonstrated ability of collaborating with a wider team sitting remotely
