6d Technologies - Product Manager - Digital Financial Services/Fintech Domain

We're looking for a self-motivated Product Manager who is driven by challenges and feels energized to roll up sleeves and help realize 6Ds enormous potential in Digital Financial Services/Fintech domain.

About the Role

1. You will define and champion product vision and strategy for Aureus Digital Financial Services product line.

2. You will undertake product research, develop & validate hypothesis, pitch, share insights, forecast impact, build product roadmap and work with cross functional teams to execute on the roadmap.

3. You will create User Stories for new feature requirements, draw up wireframes and lead the conversation with cross-functional teams e.g. Product Engineering, UX Design, Senior Management, Sales teams to deliver the right product to the market.

4. You will lead the Pre-Sales effort for all the opportunities within the Aureus product line. RFP/RFx Analysis and end-to-end response management.

5. You will create and maintain detailed Product Documentation.

6. You will collaborate with peers from Marketing to curate Product Marketing Material Blogs, Brochures, Website content.

7. You will deliver Product & RFP defence presentations and demonstrations that highlight product value. The audiences for these presentations could be 6Ds existing and prospective customers, partners and internal teams.

8. You will be the customer advocate every step of the way, help the entire product team to see what makes the difference between just another feature and a customer delight.

9. You will curate product performance reports and present to Cross-functional teams and recommend next steps for optimal product growth.

What you need to Succeed

1. Minimum 2 years in a Product Management or Business Analyst role with proven track record of designing and delivering successful products in Digital Wallet, Mobile Banking, Digital Banking space.

2. BE in Telecom/Computer Science/Information Technology, preferably with an MBA

3. Strong interpersonal communication and social skills; ability to work with geographically separated teams

4. Exceptional written and presentation skills in English language is a must

5. Experience building, writing, maintaining and defending a clear product roadmap and backlog backed by user stories and customer research.

6. Empathy for all disciplines of a growing technology company including Product Engineering, Sales & Marketing.

7. Ability and acumen to do primary & secondary market research and present the detailed analysis to a wide audience

8. Ability to take data driven decisions for identifying product market-fit and curating the roadmap

9. Fair understanding of Traditional & Digital/Open Banking processes and regulations, Digital Wallet regulations across geographies

10. High level understanding of atleast 2 Contemporary Digital Technologies prevalent currently i.e. 5G, Fintech, Adtech, eCommerce, Big Data, Digital Marketing, Supply Chain Tech, Blockchain

11. Good understanding of Cloud and Cloud Native Technologies

12. Should be willing to travel in India and outside India on short notice

13. Fair understanding of Product Design, Development & Marketing process

14. Comfortable in using Product Management & Agile tools e.g. Jira, Trello, Confluence

15. Good working knowledge on MS Word, MS Power point and MS Excel
