Roles And Responsibilities :
Manager/Senior Manager level ( Talent and Rewards)
- Ensuring on-time compensation revision process
- Administering annual compensation revision budget and merit pay increment grid
- Designing pay structures and pay ranges for various job families
- Partner with HRBPs to review compensation and make recommendations to ensure market competitiveness. Develop and implement pay strategies concerning compensation ranges, and pay differentials.
- Review and approve compensation amounts for all non-routine compensation offers
- Oversight for headcount and personnel cost planning and reporting as a part of the annual long-term financial planning process
- Prepare compensation analysis (internal equity and market analysis) and gather compensation market trends.
- Partnering with HRBPs to provide solutions to business-specific scenarios
- Compensation advisory w.r.t salary approval, mid-term corrections
- Working with stakeholders to help develop employee retention strategies
- Facilitating market mapping of all the employees in the organization
- Conducting compensation benchmarking and survey participation
- Keeping track of prevailing pay rates to offer a competitive plan
- Managing the employee promotion process
- Incentive compensation plan - design simulation and management
- Administering internal salary comparator
- Managing the processes surrounding all executive and equity compensation programs (including planning, execution, communications and support)
