Skills and Qualifications:
- Preferably a CA or an MBA with finance as a specialization.
- 10+ years of experience doing business development of financial products in NBFC / Bank / Insurance Sector / Real Estate / Fintech Organization.
- Good Builder relationship / developer connect will be an ideal suit.
- Exceptionally good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Requires basic understanding of credit and market intelligence of the real estate sector.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Business development team to get connected with the existing clients (Builders / Developers) for pitching financial product offered by the company.
- Acquisition of new Developers/Builders
- Represent the company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings (Resolving queries regarding basic taxation, financial benefits of the product. etc.)
- Be responsible for closures of deals.
- Grow long-lasting relationships by understanding the client's business need
- Will lead a team
