Primary Responsibilities:

- The incumbent will be responsible to grow the modern retail business across India

- Develop and manage a long term customer strategy and relationship with key accounts

- Achieve all key sales measures and targets for national accounts (Revenue, Gross Margin, Trade Spends)

- Generates ideas about future retail activities of MT to ensure a cutting edge strategy; maintains up to date knowledge of the market place, competitors and trends

- Execution of new launches as per aligned launch goals

- Will be responsible for retail sales growth supported by expanded distribution, opening new accounts, mining & managing existing accounts

- Takes decisions on matters relating to the day to day retail operation within their defined work are including the strategic planning of resources Translates the strategic goals into retail operational plans to achieve the required targeted growth in sales and profit;

- Regularly produces and presents a range of financial/non financial reports for the Managing Director
