MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITY :(Summary of the reason for the existence of this job in the organization)

- Sales responsibility and business development for for part of the Delhi/NCR region.

ESSENTIAL LIST OF SPECIFIC DETAILS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

To achieve the primary and secondary sales target for Western region :

- by generating demand from the customers / Orthodontists

- by converting competitive accounts / orthodontists

- Increase penetration in existing accounts by introducing new products

- Sales and Coverage planning - Daily, weekly, Monthly and Qtrly

- Reporting on sales activities daily

To identify key opportunities for business growth:

- By developing Institution Sales Plan for the region

- Working and incorporating specs in Tenders

- Developing rapport with Key Stake holders in Institutions

Channel Management:

- Reporting Monthly Stock and Sales Statements with Distributors

- Ensure optimum stock inventory with the distributors

- Explore possibility of expanding distribution network

- Programs to support Channel to help in growth of the business

- Ensure on time payment from distribution

- Managing and developing distributors sales rep to support growth

Implement Marketing and Technical Programs :

- Organize focus group workshops with existing / potential customers

- Organize Hands on / Demonstration of Products to customers

- Participate in Trade Exhibitions / Conferences

- Meeting and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders

- Implementing marketing programs with customers

PRODUCT PORTFOLIO (To be handled by the employee)
