1.Set goals and growth strategies as communicated by management for prioritized Nursing homes and Channel Partners including the following activities:

2.The person hired for the position of ASM will lead the effort to support and maintain channel .He would be driving channel sales through end customers and will be responsible for increase in sales MSD products. He will be responsible for collection for direct customers, Out of box thinking is required to make sure MSD products gets maximum visibility at End customers. New product placement and strategy to increase its sales in a particular area is another important aspect of the candidate.


3.Learns and applies business unit marketing policies, procedures and plans. Utilizes selling process (can include social selling tools) to achieve sales results.

4. Learns to demonstrate and train external customers on product applications. Represents business unit products and services to key account customers and prospects

5. Discusses objectives and obstacles with manager. Expected to achieve specific assigned objectives.

6. Learns and begins to demonstrate 3M's value proposition such as gaining new business or competitive conversions.

7. Proactively reports all new or unusual pertinent market conditions, competitor activities, and product performance information to supervisor.

8. Coordination and Planning: Learns to plan and manage time and resources for effective coverage of territory, communications, and other responsibilities. Learns to work within budget guidelines.

9. Maintains and communicates account and prospect information via CRM system specified by the business, maintains company resources, and sales support materials. make minimum number of calls

10. Develops basic understanding of product lines, customer segments and their needs, medical divisional/branch functions, and competitive products, prices and policies.

11. Requires use of computers, including basic PC software. May require learning of specialized sales software and on-line sales support systems.

12. Works from standard guidelines. Learns to modify or adapt behavior to changes in the situation or environment to reach a goal.

13. Learns to examine available information in problem situations in order to determine the best solution. Cooperates closely with superior and/or experienced sales personnel in carrying out job functions.

14. Receives frequent supervision. May work with experienced sales people. Frequently requests or receives assistance in handling situations which require either greater or different experience or knowledge.

15. Represents the company in a manner consistent with 3M's business conduct code and business unit expectations while also promoting the company image"
