Responsibilities:
- Developing a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
- Achieving direct sales targets with consultative solution approach and cross sell products
- Maintaining strong relationship with key/strategic accounts and play an account manager role
- Providing timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin - Initiating and coordinating development of action plans to penetrate new markets and get business opportunities
- Documentation formally record each sale and provide regular reports to the group head
- Continuously gather market information and provide feedback on buying trends
Required Qualification:
- Energetic go-getter with 8 - 12 years of hands on sales experience in ERP/CRM selling
- Prior experience in hunter roles, new business acquisition, B2B, large companies or business development will have added advantage.
- Responsible for SAG, KSA sales
- Should be willing to travel international locations
- Excellent networker with a great attitude
