JD - Marketing Manager

Roles & Responsibilities :

Responsibilities :

- Manage and execute all marketing communications across all products

- Work with digital team to combine digital marketing with offline activities as part of an integrated effort. Plan and Arrange for BTL Activities

- Develop a cohesive Events strategy (offline and online) for lead generation, brand building and education.

- Manage campaigns and promotions, including short term tacticals, to achieve targets.

- Develop PR strategy and plan, manage media, develop press releases as part of overall brand building.

- Grow the partnerships network to extend brand outreach and acquisition efforts

- Develop marketing materials, craft marketing messages and track campaign performance

- Monitor marketing budget, with accountability for growth, marketing efficiency and ROI

Requirements :

- At least 6 to 8 years' experience in marketing roles, preferably with a background or past working experience in (B2C) the media or Movie Industry experience

- Strong integrated marketer comfortable with the entire marketing mix

- Demonstrated track record of driving stellar commercial growth through innovative and creative forms of marketing.

- Start-up experience is a major plus; eagerness to operate in an ever-changing, dynamic, highly competitive and fast-paced environment is a must.

- Strong project management and stakeholder management.
