- Minimum of 15 - 18 years of experience relevant to this position, including 8+ years of project / program management experience of no less than 3 complete Cloud migration projects. - Minimum of 5 years- experience in a Technical lead and/or Technical architect role with deep domain knowledge of security architecture, engineering, deployment, and operation best practices on Public and Private Cloud. - Demonstrated knowledge of OCI, AWS, Azure or Google IaaS/PaaS services. - Experience Agile Sprint execution, Application Lifecycle management (ALM) Experience - Strong track record of project management of complex, and/or multi-pillar projects, implementation methodologies, project management tools e.g., MS Project, project estimation, project team management, operations management, cost-of-delivery (Budgets) management, client management and communications, and project and proposal leadership. - Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in mid-large Cloud Migration projects and working in Global environment. - Program management experience across multi-disciplinary functions and product development teams globally. - Strong capabilities to manage a large team consisting of multi-location and domain in person and virtually/remotely to keep team members highly motivated and committed to IT Service Delivery Excellence, Customer Satisfaction and Business Users- Experience - Assess and identify team members on technical knowledge requirement on going basis and plan for up-skill with required technology and process Responsibilities: - Plan, manage and communicate the progress of projects, achieving project milestones and maintaining project momentum for on-time, on-budget delivery - Identify and effectively mitigate risks. - Facilitate resolution of issues and roadblocks, escalate when appropriate. - Communicate well with all stakeholders, internal and external, including project sponsors, project managers, and project team members. - Work collaboratively with project delivery teams (L1/L2/L3) and project resources. - Effectively manage scope, budget, timeline, resources, quality and customer satisfaction throughout the project. - Communicate effectively with and project-manage remote resources in a matrix environment, including offshore resources and sub-contractors, as well Business Leaders within the organization as well in partners- organization. - Continuous tracking to potential risk factors to overall IT Operations environment and recommend with feasible recommendations. - Overall performance responsibility for managing scope, schedule, and contractual deliverable, which includes applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management, and revenue/cost forecast. - Provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the stakeholders, driving through weekly meeting and quarterly business review. - Set up meetings to track progress, follow up on open items and their closure dates within planning milestones. - Reporting sprint metrics on code, automation execution and track projects definition of done. - Maintain and build reporting dashboards creating visualizations for sprint life cycle management. - Perform data analysis and build sprint metrics used in sprint execution, risk management and milestone completion. - Build presentations creating visualizations on sprint execution and lifecycle management to delivery. - Keeping track of existing compliance & audit process to ensure all mandatory compliance requirements are sustained and also to attend all areas of findings following any specific industry standard Audit Process Review. Minimum qualifications: Bachelor in Engineering (BE)/Bachelor in Science (BS) engineering degree, Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with Information Systems or equivalent practical experience.
