Job Description : - Work collaboratively with executive management, and other stakeholders to build a culture of excellence and innovation. - Collaborate with Leadership team to facilitate organizational structure/ design discussions and lead the roll out of new management philosophy - Manage employee relations issues for domestic and global team in conjunction with legal department and local counsel ensure compliance. - Performing a market analysis & Identifying the gap between the current capabilities and the needs, which forms the basis of a talent-build (employee development). - Determining competencies required to attain those goals and formulate the HR strategy to complement the same. - Benchmarking Human capital Metrics - Strategizing employer Branding - Designing, Conducting & sustaining employee assessment, engagement & retention Plans. - Lead development and execution of employee engagement and retention strategies, plans, and initiatives including the design and implementation of a training, mentoring and professional development and succession plans; - Should be well versed with ongoing business requirements, market trends and good knowledge of M&A We are looking out a candidate with 25 + years of experience. The Global HR head will be responsible for our product division. Must be an MBA from Tier A institute of India. Must be from an IT Industry. Must have partnered extensively in COE. Must have an excellent business acumen.
