- Will be responsible for driving sales target for respective industry verticals as per AOP - Should have excellent account management skills and able to connect CXO of the respective accounts in his patch. - Will be responsible to meet Sales Quota on regular intervals and able to qualify for incentive programs - Will be responsible for setting-up framework for developing and optimizing outcome, setting new methods and improve market share in that specific industry vertical. - He/ She able to cultivate drive large deals and take support of presales and Practice team to close the sales - Competency Assessment and Capability creation at the team level - Sales experience handling Industry verticals - BFSI Desired Profile: - B. Tech /Postgraduate with a major in Marketing or Management - Total Experience: 10 Years in Sales/Account Management / Business development into BFSI - Strategic Capability in areas of Market/Planning/Channels/Customers - Knowledge of different IT Platforms/Tools - Good knowledge of IMS & Cloud product portfolio and related products and services - Knowledge of Techno-commercial Technical understanding, Costing/pricing and delivery CXO presentation, prerequisites for specific products - Has Execution excellence, Internal Stakeholder Management Skills, People Leadership, Assertiveness, - Excellent Relationship with key CIO/CTO in the respective region - Self-starter and motivated Personal Attributes: - Communicates effectively with cultures around geographies. - Withstand pressure and contributes as a team player - Target oriented
