3i Infotech - Business Analyst - Retail Lending/Loan Origination/Servicing & Collections Domain

- Complete knowledge of Retail Lending (Conventional/Islamic) Life Cycle covering Loan Origination, Servicing & Collections

- Should have knowledge of 4 LOBs out of Home Loans, Vehicle Loans, Personal Loans, Education Loans, Gold Loans, Credit Cards (Retail) OR Bank Guarantee, LC, Term Loan, Cash Credit/Overdraft, Project Finance (Corporate/SME)

- Should have extensive knowledge of credit appraisal process of different LOBs (credit policies, score card and credit bureau

- Should have 5 - 7 years experience as a Business Analyst in Implementation or Product Management of Lending Solutions

- Should have complete knowledge of the accounting entries covering the entire life cycle of a Loan, right from lead/application to closure [at least one region]

- Should be aware of different channels of sourcing/banking currently in use in banks / NBFCs

- Excellent Communication Skills (written & verbal)

- Presentation skills

- Proficient in use of MS Office products like Excel, Word, Powerpoint & Visio (& Project to some extent)

- Willing to travel on short notice for short and long term
